Teqcle has never conformed to the global belief that there is a difference between “Desktop”, “Server” and “Network” support. This antiquated belief is what results in customers having to ask themselves the question “Who should I contact for this problem” every time an issue is encountered.

We believe that any technician must be able to perform all of these functions, as an understanding of each of these disparate elements is required to understand the entire solution. As such, we ensure that all of our technicians are trained in all aspects of IT, whether it is Windows, Linux, MacOS, Servers, Desktops, Laptops, Notebooks, Smart Phones, Networking, ……..

This fact leads to a much improved customer experience when soliciting help from their IT company. Our mission statement states that our main mission is to become the first IT company whose customers don’t hate us. We really try to make this a reality.

Honesty is the best policy, and we take this statement to heart. If we encounter a problem that we cannot fix, we will play open cards with you and in conjunction with you, we will investigate and devise a solution. We have never failed to achieve this goal.

Fast, friendly and professional support can be provided either remotely or on-site. If it can be done remotely, then we would rather supply it that way, as it is faster and minimises the amount of intrusion required to resolve the issue.

Our “Personal Touch” approach to desktop support combined with our very broad skill set and fast response times, is what makes us unique. Our goal with each of our customers is to try to become their “Virtual CTO”, an ambitious goal in which we have largely succeeded. We start by assessing the current situation and rectifying any urgent matters which results in a stable IT environment. Then in conjunction with the customer, we recommend advances in the IT infrastructure and systems with the view of streamlining any IT processes, but keeping in mind the financial implications of these recommendations. Our goal is to let you, the customer, forget about the IT problems, and continue with what you know best, your business. After all, if we let you grow, we will grow in conjunction.

We have followed these guidelines since our inception in 2006 with great success. Even though we are situated in Centurion, we have customers that have moved as far away as Alberton, but still retain us as their IT support company. If you would like to find out more, please contact us.
